Ceramic Coating

Gloss, maintenance and controlled preparation.

Ceramic coating is not a stone-chip solution. It is a finish-care system for paint clarity, hydrophobic behaviour, easier washing and a cleaner long-term ownership routine.

Coating is only as good as the finish underneath.

We treat ceramic coating as a detailing process first. The vehicle is washed, decontaminated, inspected, corrected where needed, wiped down and then coated under controlled lighting so the final gloss has a clean foundation.

The full preparation path before coating is applied.

The visible coating layer is the last part of the job. The result depends on the cleaning, correction and inspection stages that happen before it.

01

Check-in inspection

Vehicle condition, paint type, existing marks and customer priorities are checked before the service scope is confirmed.

02

Pre-rinse and safe wash

The exterior is rinsed and washed with a low-contact method to remove loose dust, road film and daily contamination.

03

Panel gaps and emblems

Edges, badges, trims, mirrors, door shuts and tight areas are cleaned so residue is not trapped beside the coated paint.

04

Wheels and arches

Wheels, tyres, arches and lower impact areas are cleaned separately to remove brake dust, tar and heavier road grime.

05

Chemical decontamination

Iron fallout, tar and bonded contaminants are reduced before the paint is touched with clay or correction tools.

06

Clay and glass prep

Paint and exterior glass are prepared where required so the surface feels clean and ready for inspection under light.

07

Drying and masking

Water is cleared from seams and trims. Sensitive plastics, rubber and edges are protected before polishing begins.

08

Paint correction

Machine polishing is matched to the vehicle condition to improve gloss, remove oxidation and reduce visible wash marks.

09

Panel wipe reset

Polishing oils and residues are removed so the coating bonds to the prepared surface rather than sitting over product residue.

10

Coating application

The selected ceramic coating is applied section by section, then levelled with controlled timing and clean towel work.

11

High-spot inspection

Panels are checked under lighting for streaks, missed edges, uneven levelling and residue around trim lines.

12

Cure and handover

The vehicle is allowed to settle before handover. Aftercare guidance is provided so washing and drying do not undo the work.
